Wis. Stat. § 19.97(3) provides that a court may void any action taken at a meeting held in violation of the open meetings law.
The next hearing is scheduled on March 29th. The judge is issuing a separate order to block any stays of this ruling by any other court during the intervening time!
However, it is likely that the Legislators will vote on the bill anew, as there is currently a quorum in session. They must provide 24hrs notice. its time to head back to Our House!
