WI Election Integrity: Do We Have a Fox in the Hen House?

MADISON - The “art” and “sport” of vote machine hacking has reached a new height – or new low, depending on your prospective. While Electronic Frontier Foundation and vegassummit.org lampoon the lack of Integrity of electronic voting machines by “proudly” presenting a “Hack the Vote 2011” challenge, serious Election Integrity advocates in the state of Wisconsin and across the nation are being dismissed as conspiracy theorists.
On August 2, 2011, the Government Accountability Board (G.A.B.) held their monthly board meeting. Present were citizens speaking of their concern about Election Fraud. Although each speaker was limited to five minutes these citizens presented extensively researched, documented and witnessed evidence of election fraud (not voter fraud) which they implored the G.A.B. to consider fully. Several of the speakers have been engaged in the election process in Wisconsin during the Supreme Court election, the subsequent recount, and as observers of the failed recall attempt of Senator Dave Hansen and the Fake Democratic Primary elections last Month.
Each speaker expressed concern about the integrity of the election process in Wisconsin and more specifically about documented evidence of the ease with which the voting machines used in Wisconsin can be hacked. Yes the very machines to which you blindly entrust your vote are open to and have likely been subjected to hacking which results in votes being systematically manipulated and election results being flipped. Listen to their compelling testimony here by clicking on the speaker or television icons for part one (yes, it will take time – but it is not boring).
One interesting thing to note throughout is that the individuals testifying refer to emails evidence, documents, and letters they have forwarded through the G.A.B. for the consideration of the board members. Yet from the board members response they do not appear to have received these emails and documents. For example, Barbara With sent a summary of her experiences during the Supreme Court recount to the G.A.B. members in late May, 2011, yet they appeared unaware of this document.
For those who have been keeping an eye on Wisconsin politics cannot help but see that all ethical and procedural issues in the electoral process are mediated by one agency – and more ominously one person – Kevin Kennedy. Kennedy and the G.A.B. are charged with oversight of Wisconsin's campaign finance, elections, ethics, and lobbying laws.
The Board itself is comprised of six former judges who serve staggered, six-year terms. So who controls what information is provided to the G.A.B. members? When an item (email, letter or document) is addressed to the Board Members, is it sent to the G.A.B. main office and then that office routes it to all of the judges on the board. This is supposed to happen, but is it? The connection between the board and citizens appears to be highly filtered by Kennedy ...
