Peaceful Counter Tea Party Protestor being Arrested

the woman in the video is known to me.  she is a veteran of peaceful protest movements and had been a pivotal figure in the Capitol Sleep-ins, advocating as a lawyer for protesters within the capitol during  february and march.  On Saturday she was falsely arrested at Palin's Speech for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest (they also claimed she broke a 2x4 with her bare hands).  in the video, you see her go limp as the police handle her.  she has spoken to me via phone and described how the officers dragged her through the mud with her arms handcuffed behind her back, injuring her elbow.
